Where the authors of the genocide of the Tutsi condemned by the ICTR accuse of genocide the RPF which has stopped this genocide.

It is shocking that people who are serving their prison sentences for genocide and crimes against humanity are allowed to sign this text which accuses others of crimes for which they themselves are responsible.
