Résumé
The media, the neighboring diplomatic representations of Rwanda, voluntarily or involuntarily, are the spokespersons of the invaders or even support them openly. However, the restoration by the latter of the hated regime of the first Tutsi kingdom would, in all likelihood, lead to the physical elimination inside the country of 500,000 to 700,000 Tutsi by the Hutu.

Commentaire
While the RPF attack was repelled, Colonel Galinié, military attaché, attacked the lawyers, the media and in particular Belgium who denounced the massacres and arbitrary detentions organized in reprisals by the Rwandan government against the Tutsi. He uses the vocabulary of extremists against "Tutsi invaders eager to regain the power lost in 1959" and he predicts that the restoration of "this hated regime of the first Tutsi kingdom" would in all likelihood lead to "the physical elimination within the country of the Tutsis, 500,000 to 700,000 people, by the Hutus, 7,000,000 individuals".
