4. WE WOULD APPRECIATE THE USUN'S ASSISTANCE IN
CLARIFYING WITH BOTH THE UNHRC AND UNHCR WHAT THEY
INTEND TO DO ABOUT FOLLOWING-UP ON THE ALLEGATIONS,
IF ANYTHING. IF THE HEADQUARTERS WANTS CLARENCE TO
PURUSE INVESTIGATION OF THE ALLEGATIONS, HE WILL NEED
TO KNOW SOMETHING OF THE SUBSTANCE OF THE ALLEGATIONS
AND INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED. IF, ON THE OTHER
HAND, HEADQUARTERS INTENDS TO MOVE ON AND NOT HAVE
CLEARNCE'S TEAM LEAD THE JOINT INVESTIGATION, HE
NEEDS TO KNOW THAT AS WELL.
