In apologizing for French policy in Rwanda, the Presidency of the Republic comes to say that “there were therefore no good guys and bad guys, massacrers and liberators, this Manichean vision in the name of which we unworthily caricatured France's action ”. That is the negation of the genocide of the Tutsi.
